Primeiras- cinema and video arts festival, will take place weekly on Fridays during the months of September and October in urban locales, known as non-places, in the city of Lisbon.
Primeiras is a cinema competition that highlights different ways of thinking, looking and communicating in Lisbon, and aims to open minds to a new and deep reflection on contemporary and urban issues, highlighting alternative ways of living the city.
The contest is open to films unreleased in Portugal.
Primeiras aims to explore and make contact with diversity and find new talent in the cinematic arts.
